Whether you cook or eat prepared foods, I will help you choose those that are most nutritious and delicious so that you will love what you eat, improve your health, and feel great!
Family Meal Planning/Cooking
Learn how to eat healthfully as a family. No more short-order cooking! This can be tailored for you and your needs. Together, we will come up with some simple recipes for your family. I will bring the food and cook with you in your kitchen! I can cook with just you, or the whole family can be involved.

Perhaps you are a brand-new breastfeeding mama who never has two hands free, and you can't remember the last meal you had. Maybe you are a mom to multiple children living in chaos, or a working mom, and only think about your children's diets and not your own. Whether you find yourself overeating/bingeing, have no clue what to feed yourself and/or your children, can’t lose the baby weight, or simply dread the question, “What’s for dinner?”, I can help!
Join me on a six-week nutritional journey customized specifically for you.
We will start with a one-hour session that will allow us to get to know one another and discuss the challenges you are facing. This can be done in person, on the phone, or via video conference. Based on your food and cooking preferences (love or hate to cook, or no time to cook), I will devise a daily meal plan for you. I will also provide a food shopping list specifically tailored to where you shop, or if you prefer, I will suggest stores that would be best for you. We will have a 30-minute phone or video follow-up session every week to see how you are doing and help you tackle any obstacles you may encounter. (Unlimited email exchanges with me are also included during this six-week program.)
